View Heights Convalescent Hospital is a licensed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for the short-term placement of adults diagnosed with mental or behavioral health conditions. They’re 163-bed facility is a safe and secure facility with a large secured courtyard. View Heights has a state-of-the-art security system, which provides the detection, supervision, and response necessary to create an environment of freedom and safety for our clients. The hospital provides services for more than 160 men and woman with high quality physical, mental, emotional, psychiatric, psychosocial, and spiritual service needs of their patients. To determine family’s eligibility the patient must meet these criteria, Behavioral/mental health issue such as depression, anxiety, mania, hallucinations or delusions and Individual and/or power of attorney/guardian agreement to services.
