• Ensuring everyone are skilled in communicating and interacting with people from various cultures

CULTURALLY COMPETENT EDUCATORS

One who is able to communicate effectively and one who can interact effectively without any cultural barrier

• Should have the beliefs, attitudes, experience and skills to educate a child

LEGISLATION AND LAWS

Legislations and Laws are used to regulate ceretain actions and authorize certain activities in the society. The breach of which is punishable.

RACIAL DISCRIMINATION ACT 1975

It is unlawful for a person to do any act involving a distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on colour, race, decent or ethnic origin.

HUMAN RIGHTS AND EQUAL OPPURTUNITY ACT 1986

Eliminate discrimination against people on the grounds of sex, marital status, religion, age, race etc. Prevent children from racism and discrimination
