OF THE
UNIVERSITY OF THE CORDILLERAS
AND
BENGUET STATE UNIVERSITY

I.GRAPH

II.OBSERVATION: | SUGGESTED CURRICULUM | UNIVERSITY OF THE CORDILLERAS | BENGUET STATE UNIVERSITY | GENERAL EDUCATION | 63 | 71 | 63 | PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION | 51 | 57 | 57 | FIELD OF SPECIALIZATION | 60 | 60 | 57 | TOTAL UNITS | 174 | 188 | 177 |

Based on our observation, UC offers more units in the general education course than BSU. In the professional education course, both universities offer the same number of units, 57 units. Regarding the field of specialization, which is divided into two areas (language/linguistics and literature), UC offers more units in language with 45 units while BSU with 36 units only. In contrast, BSU offers more units in literature (21) than UC which offers 15 units only.

Through the table, we can observe that BSU offers 63 units in general education which is just equivalent to the suggested curriculum but UC offers more with 71 units. The two Universities offer the same number of units in professional education with 57 units. Herein, the two Universities exceed from the suggested curriculum. Lastly, in the field of specialization UC offers the same unit with the suggested curriculum but BSU offers less. Overall, UC offers 188 units and BSU offers 177 units excluding NSTP and PE.
We also noticed that in UC’s curriculum, major subjects must be taken first before the OJT while in BSU’s curriculum, OJT is taken together with some major subjects. One thing more is that, in BSU creative writing and stylistics are taken as one subject while in UC creative writing is separated from stylistics with 3 units each.

The iconoclastic controversy began in mid 700 A.D. It was a religious dispute between Christians on whether icons, paintings, mosaics, statues, etc. should be allowed in the church. One side felt there was a need for icons in the church while the other side felt that icons in the church turned the focus of worship away from God and into idolatry. Both sides had a point but there was much dispute in the early church as to what was the correct theology.…

Roshima should pick ASU if she wants to keep her full-time job and study for her MBA online. The data shows that ASU outperforms UOP on the weighted part-worth sums by ten points 380 to 370. Ranking of ASU outperforms UOP is another excellent reason to pick ASU. According to Lancaster, “The attribute theory of demand argues that consumers buy products because of the product attributes, that is, the benefits consumers perceive to be delivered by those products” (Douglas, 2012, p.57). Consumers view products in terms of the attributes provided by products and in the case of Roshima wanting to work full time and attend school ASU outperforms UOP.…
