Summary
I selected this premises because I thought it was very popular and active and it occurred to me that this would be a suitable place for generating a vast amount of evidence to meet the title that I have chosen which is; “Is There Enough Emphasis on Customer Satisfaction?”
I chose this title because customer satisfaction is the basis to a successful business and I plan to open my own pole dancing club in the future. With this in mind the area most important to me would be how to satisfy the customer. If I can understand this it should help me build and retain, hopefully, a successful business.
I looked at various aspects including; observation points, interviews and questionnaires for staff and customers. With this I collated both interesting and comprehensive information.
Having evaluated all the results I was able to gain a greater insight into the importance of customer satisfaction.
