CW3 Campbell’s tireless efforts over the last 18 months set the stage for one of the most successful RTS-M’s assessments in history. His analytical approach and servant leadership style established the conditions for steady state excellence allowing for a smooth transition into the assessment. This effort resulted in a zero deficiency assessment, the first noted by the assessment team. He was personally recognized by the assessment team for his contributions and the level of communication prior to the assessment.
CW3 Campbell identified opportunity for enhancing the 91E training program by identifying equipment at Fort Lee which was available for the RTS-M. He worked with multiple directorates to gain concurrence and support to acquire both
