Cycling
Good Morning Friends, Today I am here to speak about one of my own experiences in Life.
So All of us at one point of time in life have felt boredom from our monotonous life.
What do we do to overcome this.
Some of us watch Tv,we listen to music , some of us like cooking , or more often than not we pursue our hobbies.
But some of us have that eagerness to venture outdoors and be close to nature which in hindi is profoundly called as ghoomne ka keeda.
So today I am to speak about one such adventure activity which is close to my heart , Cycling.
It all started in 2013 with a thought of getting rid of the pathetic Monday morning traffic and a push from fellow office mates who use to cycle to office.
I bought a geared cycle and started commuting to office. Initial days were horrible I use to take a pitstop every 5-6 kms . But then eventually started finishing the 10km mark in one shot and started enjoying the ride and that’s when I developed a interest for cycling.
I started going for rides with my friend during weekend and this was when I discovered that there were quite a lot of people sharing this passion . So i Joined this group called Pune cycle enthusiasts who use to go for long rides during weekends and started riding with them.
After a few months passed by there was a 100km ride coming up from Pune-mulshi dam and back. I was a little skeptic about this ride but I thought lets give it a try .I had to maximize what i had in me and push to the limits as much as possible and guess what ‘I did it’.
With this rendezvous with the nature came a huge sense of accomplishment and the can do attitude.
So friends three important lessons which i learnt from this was :
1.Never ever underestimate yourself we have that potential hidden somewhere which you may not even realize its there
2. Try to live every moment in your life because if you do so may be you may find you hidden potential.
3.If you love what you do nobody can stop you from reaching that 100th Km.
I would

With factors like having everything one used to do outside possible to be done indoors, the newest and greatest technology, and the shrinking number of places to go, why would someone want to go outside. The rights promised to humans are gone, there is no where to be free to just breathe, there are parking lots, companies, and skyscrapers instead. One must remember the benefits of going out in nature and use that as motivation to find those few, rare places. Once there, just breathe, relax, and enjoy. Nature is wonderful and is a gift that should be enjoyed forever. There are no rules to nature, so just go outside and be…

Perhaps there is one thing everyone needs to feel accomplished whether that is earning a Master’s Degree or maybe even climbing a mountain. John Krakauer’s and Erik Weihenmeyer’s memoirs of their mountain climbing experiences presented in “The Devils Thumb” and “Everest” show different perspectives and different reasons on why they set out to climb these towering mountains. Both hikers followed their dream while not caring about the countenance of others. The assiduous men set out to climb two different mountains and they both had earned a different outcome out of their accomplishment through the use of tone, perspective, and word choice. Climbing these mountains, one hiker was expecting the accomplishment to change his life while the other hiker was doing it to inspire others.…

Well I am glad; one of my uncles is a biker. We’ve always seen him on bike. As I was getting to know the culture more being around them, it was more of learning something I loved than working on the materials for essay. I learned they rode to spread friendship and togetherness wherever they go. Even between themselves it seemed they had a pretty good mutual bonding and understandings. I noticed they called each other with funny names. The environment was real pleasant being around them.…

Sweat dripping into my eyes, blurring my vision. My legs feel weak, making it difficult to pedal. I pause and allow myself to take a deep breath before speeding down hill. The adrenaline rushing through my veins, and the thrilling thought of what is to come next demands my body to get ready and keep going. I speed down the hill narrowly missing a couple of big jagged stones sticking up through the trail and trees. The intensity and extremity of mountain biking make it undoubtedly my favorite sport. Furthermore, mountain biking is my favorite sport because it is great for the body and mind, it brings about a challenge, and it allows me to have a positive environmental impact.…
