Cyclone Desander—Born for Drilling
Product Introduction:

Cyclone desander is according to the method that the fluid with the solid particles in the desander rotates screening principle, vortex and filtering as a whole, desanding, material in the field of water treatment, such as solid-liquid separation effect is remarkable. It is Widely used in water source heat pump, water treatment, food, medicine and other industrial sectors. And it also used river water, well water, sand, coal washing water, industrial concentration, solid-liquid separation, liquid degassing and the miscibility of separation.

Operating Principle:

Cyclone desander is based on the principles of centrifugal sedimentation and density difference, when the water under a certain pressure from desanding into the equipment by the inlet to tangential, it will come about a strong rotation, due to the different density of sand and water, under the common action of the centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy and fluid drag force, make the low density water rising, and expel from the outlet, the dense sand will be discharge outlet from the bottom of the equipment, so as to achieve the purpose of degritting.

In a certain scope and conditions, the desander feed water pressure, the greater the desanding rate is higher, and can be used more than one parallel. http://www.kosungroup.com/products/solids-control-equipment/desander.html

Product Features:

1、Simple structure, convenient operation, the use of safe and reliable, almost do not need to maintain.

2、Compared with the expansion pipe, buffer tank just for the desanding equipment, with advantages of small volume and large capacity, save the scence space.

3、Can remove the sand in the water in the process of continuous water.

4、Avoid the method of the other desanding exists the phenomenon of secondary pollution, with high efficiency degritting.

Selection Considerations:

Cyclone desander must considerate the processing water when you make the choice,

Water treatment consists of removing very small particles by flocculation. The water is sand filtered to remove bigger particles. A 2m deep bed of sand is used. Finally, it is treated with chlorine to kill microorganisms as disinfection is needed to ensure concentrations are acceptably low. Water testing is carried out for ions, colour, pH, hardness, turbidity, conductivity, micro-organisms. Alternative methods of filtration such as membrane filtration may be both more efficient in removing particles including microorganisms such as Giardia and Cryptosporidium. However, these techniques are expensive to execute.…
