NCMA have arranged these courses, which are partly funded by the Local Authority as listed below. This course forms part of your Childminder registration process and it is currently a requirement of your Childminding Registration that the course must be completed in full and an attendance certificate held prior to the date of registration.
Attendance is required at all sessions of the course to gain an attendance certificate, any absence will unfortunately mean you will have to attend missed sessions on a future course.

If you have already attended a CYPOP5 course and no longer require this information, please contact me via email or call the number below and your details will be removed from the CYPOP5 training database.

COURSE CHARGES:
The course is part funded by Birmingham City Council and the charge for attendance on the course will be £60.00. Bookings will only be accepted on receipt of your payment and completed booking form. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.

TO BOOK ON A COURSE:
Please complete the CYPOP5 booking form and return to Karen Parry at the above address with a cheque or Postal Order for £60.00 made payable to ‘N.C.M.A‘.
You may wish to include details of your second choice course, should your first choice be unavailable.
Places are limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis.

When you have made your booking, your place will only be confirmed when you have received your course joining instructions via email or through the post, this will be sent out 14 days before your course is due to start, along with a receipt for your payment.
If you have booked on a course but do not receive an email or letter 14 days before your course start date please call us on 0844 2252 880, do not assume that you do
