“Is a daily multivitamin worth it?” That is the question that Gomez-Cabrea and Cohen are asking the readers. They believe that if you are healthy that there is not a need for a daily vitamin. That daily vitamin could hurt you if you are a healthy individual.
The author appeals to logos using facts that the researchers discovered in their ninety-minute discussion. The main claim in this story is, are daily vitamins worth taking. They have research that says there is two kinds of supplements; supplements that work, but do nothing and then the other which they take that may give gains, but ends up hurting them anyways. The ideas I would include in a short summary is the problem they are stating and the facts they should dispute what others
