Dalman And Lei Strengths And Weaknesses
Dalman and Lei have the advantage now because they have eight other locations that are doing well. Their commitment to a large-scale expansion will only be a wise business decision. They are surrounded by strengths, not just the eight locations, but knowledgeable and efficient staff that can train the new employees to deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. Also, maintaining quality food for the price keeps customers coming back.
All businesses have weaknesses, but the thing about weaknesses is that they can be overcome. Weaknesses in which Dalman and Lei will face will be having the proper people in place in the beginning phases to assist them. At this point, they are the two-main people and there are some key areas
