Data Input And Output Essay
Data Input and Output Essay

The methods of input of data may vary consistently. For instance, for printed questionnaires, the traditional method of input implies the use of computers’ keyboard by means of which the information that is supposed to be printed in a questionnaire is input. The same method may be used for long documents, though this may imply the use of different software applications. For instance, for printed questionnaires the simplest word processors may be used, while long documents may use Microsoft Excel, especially if there are a lot of statistical information, and other applications. As for bank checks and telephone surveys, the electronic form of input may also be applied. The electronic form of input information is effective because it is fast and quite reliable. At the same time, retail tags often imply the use of acousto-magnetic systems to input data, in which information is stored in tags made of a strip of amorphous metal and a strip of ferromagnetic material. This method is secure and quite easy to use.

As for data output it is possible to distinguish between printed methods and electronic methods. To put it more precisely, it is possible to use a printer to print color photograph, resume, memorandum, statistical report, and even annual report though it is worthy of mention that the more complicated is the material that is supposed to be printed the more sophisticated the device of the output, printer in this case, should be. Obviously, a resume, a memorandum and a statistical report if it is short do not need the use of the high quality printing, while color photograph needs a high quality of printing. As for annual report and long statistical report, due to their size, it is more convenient to use more productive printers that work should work faster that those that could be used for a resume, for instance, because more information is needed to be printed. Also, it is quite convenient to use electronic devices such as a floppy

When the teacher gave me the completed pre and post assessments from an anonymous student, I analyzed each individually for evidence of student learning. The first paper I analyzed was the pre-assesment questionnaire. I read through each question and answer and checked how many answers the students got correct. The student scored 3 out of the 6 questions correct. Given that this lesson was complied of all new learning materials (according to the teacher) I felt that the student did pretty well. The questions were multiple choice so even if the student guessed on the answers the student had a 1 in 3 shot of doing so. The student got the easier questions correct such as “What is a compass rose?” and the “What is this a picture of?” questions.…

Laundry is a daily chore that must be done. I do not know of anyone who enjoys the daily ritual of cleaning clothes but with a few easy steps it does not have to be such a hassle. There is also some pre-planning steps you can take that will save you time and frustration. The first and most important step in the laundry process is to be prepared. Make sure you have all the supplies you need to get the job done before you get started. You will need laundry detergent. You can buy powder or liquid detergent, but I prefer liquid because powder detergent does not always dissolve completely and you can substitute liquid detergent for stain remover in a pinch. You will also need a stain remover, such as Shout, and bleach. Bleach now comes in a color safe version so you can use it on all your clothes, not just whites. I also recommend using a liquid fabric softener in the wash but you will need sheets for the dryer as well. Most washing machines have a place to put it or you can buy a ball that goes in the washer and releases the fabric softener at the right time. Also, you will need a basket for your dirty clothes to go in.. I keep several so I can sort them as they get dirty instead of digging through one basket to get a load. Once you have all your supplies you are ready to start. Depending on what you are washing you will need to adjust the setting on your washer. For example towels can be washed on heavy duty but finer linens such as silks need a more delicate setting. Start the washer and add the detergent and any bleach as the water begins to fill. If you do not already have your laundry separated in baskets, you will need to go through everything to get a load ready. Like colors and fabrics…

I overheard from the Newark Board of Education that they were going to let the computers check the student's essay. My opponent greatly feels that it is a good idea to let computers check the student's homework. In my understanding, letting computers grade the essay is a bad idea. That is because not all computers are able to read the student's handwriting. Another reason is because so computers can make mistakes. Also, do to the fact that not everyone is able to afford computers for laptops. This is reasons why computers shouldn't be allowed to grade students essays.…
