By reading the title, we as a reader can guess that it is a mother expressing her feeling on her daughter is grew and is time to leave home. We can tell she is trying to tell the reader how much she loves her daughter. Even she does not want to let her daughter go, but she chose to let her be independent. I believe this title is very important and conclude what the poet is trying to tell the reader.
II. Organization (Stanzaic or Continuous? Importance?) This poem is continuous. It is a one and unbroken piece. The poet is trying to tell the reader a story about her daughter’s grow up memories. She is trying to paint or show a picture to the reader, therefore, the reader can understand her feeling as a mother.

It does not have a specific rhyme to this poem. It is because the poet is main want to express her feeling to the reader. She did use different tones on the poem, this method can let the reader have a better understanding on her feeling.

-She used personification on “handkerchief waving goodbye”, only human can wave to others to represent goodbye, therefore, I think the poet used personification on that part.
-She used simile on “the hair flapping behind you like a handkerchief waving goodbye”, the poet is comparing her daughter’s hair to handkerchief to waving goodbye, therefore, I think she used simile on this sentence.
-She used symbolism on this poem, like “crashed”, the poet is worrying her daughter is going to be independent and she cannot be right there and protect her.
-She used onomatopoeia on this poem “pumping, pumping for your life, screaming with laughter” poet is using some sound effect to help us to understand what she is trying to tell
