David Evans Sandlot Analysis

In the movie, Sandlot, produced by David Evans shows how a young boy named Scottie Smalls moves into a new neighborhood. Smalls attempts to make friends with a group of kids who play baseball on a baseball field called the sandlot. Together they go on many hilarious and inspirational adventures. However, in one case the group of boys run into a difficult problem because Smalls takes a baseball signed with Babes Ruths name on it from his stepfather's trophy room, which gets hit over a fence. Over this fence, rumors have been spread over the years that there roams a beast dog that terrorizes that backyard.
