A. Identifying the need for change:
1. What change did you see is needed?
My mom owns a home daycare and I assist in the day-to-day activities of the daycare whenever I can. A change I have seen in the daycare is my mom needs a constant assistant to help her with the children. She currently has 6 children, 3 infants and 3 toddlers. 6 children is a lot of work and most of the time the workload is overwhelming. My mom always mentions on how she would love to have more quality time with the children and the ability to actually do learning activities with them. She does the learning activates, but is unable to do them properly because of the workload.
2. How will this change benefit the organization and its members?

1. What changes to your change project plan will you make?
The change I am essentially aiming for is to acquire an assistant for her daycare. Although I know the finances of the company may not allow it I can find another way to help with the inefficiency that is happening. Maybe we can find safe individuals to volunteer at the daycare of change the structure and tasks to allow my mom to provide better quality learning activates and to spend better quality time with the children.
2. How will others contribute to the project?
My mom can contribute by looking outside the box of what she wants. To be open to other options to be able to reach the change that is desired. Also, if we were to hire someone or find a volunteer they must contribute by providing the help that is desired.

The people who will be affected by the change initiative are my mom and the children of the day care.
2. How will you communicate regularly with them?
I fortunately have the ability to communicate with my mom every day because we live in the same household and I will be able to see the progress of the change initiative because the daycare is in our
