1. How has your physical fitness level changed since beginning the course? My physical fitness level has increased since the start of this course
2. Compare and contrast how you felt before your activities with how you felt afterward. Explain any similarities or differences. I always felt good before my activities and after I complete them I feel a sense of satisfaction and achievement.
3. What activities did you do that you likely will still be doing in one month? How about in five years? If there aren't any activities that you see yourself doing in five years, explain some activities you could do in five years. I still see myself playing football, basketball, jogging and walking in the next five years.
4. Of the activities you have participated in since the beginning of the course, which one was the most enjoyable? Give at least two reasons for your response. I enjoy playing football the best as an activity, not only do you get to max out your body but you do it for a long time. Plus it’s just fun and doesn’t feel like a workout.
