Dead & Breakfast

March 6th 2013

Eggs with a side of Cyanide.

Dusty Came down to breakfast at 7:15… Dusty Dropped dead at 7:45. The person who killed dusty could have been anyone of these people, they all had motive but only one of them was desperate enough to kill one of his closest friends. (7:20)The murderer must have been wearing gloves when he set the table again because he left traces of sodium, carbon, iron, and gold. When the Murderer saw his chance, he took it. (7:25)Right when the table had been set and no one was around he slipped the Potassium cyanide into Dustys cup. Now potassium cyanide is a hard thing to come by and only someone who had worked with it for many years would have known the right amount to give to Dusty to make him drop dead.(7:35) Dusty returns down stairs to finish his breakfast. (7:40) Dusty takes one drink then five minutes later he drops dead. Now let me fill you in on how all this evidence plays into this. Mr. Horace Throat had been experiencing some money problems with the mob and really need this auction to go well. Horace was counting on Dusty to help him out but when he let him down, he snapped. Horace had been working in metal finishing for many years and he used the same gloves as he did to work as he did to place the cyanide in the drink, which is how the traces of gold ended up on the table. Second Dusty was the only one of that group of people who had already had potassium cyanide on him because he was already doing work for Dusty. Horace Throat killed one of his closest friends and best buyers of many years just for money to pay off the

There are many assumptions about how killed and JonBen`et and why. But If I had to pick a guilty party base on the facts of the case I would conclude that the murders would be the Father John and the mother Patricia. The author Biography (2017) highlights some key facts of physical evidence that point to the father and mother. The First factual piece of evidence is the Ransom note that was written. Handwriting experts tested the father and the mother, and the mother’s test proved inconclusive. Consequently, a practice note was also found in the home. Secondly, the duct tapes that was placed over JonBen`et mouth contained fabric from the mother’s clothes. The Third piece of evidence is the coroner report. All of the suspect are Michael (Colonel) Mustard, Mrs. Blanche White, Peter Plum, Mrs.as Peacock, Mr. John Green, and Miss Scarlet. An assumption is that the murderer was either Blanche White, Mrs. Peacock, or Miss Scarlet, as they all have motives and were the only ones who did. Mrs. White was Mr. Boddy's maid, and despised her job and her employer. Mrs. Peacock seemed to have feelings for Mr. Boddy, but he did not return them. (NOTE: All four of her husbands have mysteriously disappeared.) Miss Scarlet seems to be envious of all of his money.…

According to the article Unhappy Meals by Michael Pollan, the author claims that you can easily avoid processed products if you just “get out of the supermarket” and go to the farmers market. He claims that going to the farmer’s market is a better choice because you “won’t find any high-fructose corn syrup…you also wont find food harvested long ago and far away. What you will find are fresh whole foods picked at the peak of nutrition quality” (Pollan 23). Nonetheless, although farmer’s market might be a better choice, Pollan failed to take in the account, the majority of the population, who are not able to afford the better quality foods. For example, in the article Soda Politics, Nestle clearly expressed that, “we’re also subject to the effects…

In Jill Conner Browne’s “Funeral Food” she implies a message to the readers. The message she implies is that even when someone when someone dies and you go to a funeral there is always a better side to everything. Her humorous approach to death and the mourning process that follows is one of her many ways to make her essay more effective. Dead Beat Poem

In Wilfred Owen's "The Dead Beat" poem, Owen speaks from a one sided opinion of a helpless trooper who let his emotions affect his fight at war. His problems from home transferred to the ground of a battlefield, making the poor soldier appear weaker than everyone else. His soldiers whom are on the same side as the trooper fail to make an effort to stand by and support the man, which completely contradicts the whole concept of fighting as a team. A war with soldiers is like a sports team with supportive team members. An athlete would rely on his teammates to play the game and have his back when needed and vice versa. However, it is not the case for 'the dead beat' man. Even the "old folks," those who have been in the war for longer, made no…
