A. Dealing with the difficult patients can be very stressful to your health if dealt with in the wrong way.
B. All medical workers should have the availability to be able to take seminars that

b. any changes or new ideas or policies that might come into play on how to
c. More effectively handle any or all situations.
C. Difficult people are everywhere and dealing if them is an everyday life.
a. Some are the patients in the waiting area; tired of waiting these can be difficult.
b. Others can be the family, worried about their family members health which can be
c. very stressful for them which can cause uncomfortable confrontation between them
d. And other staff members.
D. What can us as health care providers due to handle these difficult people and situations that can occur?
a. We as providers can continuously educate and inform ourselves of new ideas.
b. New information on any topics regarding difficult patients can be brought in and posted on an employee bulletin board for everyone to share with other medical staff workers. Conclusion
The healthcare field is always changing so let’s as a team keep up on the valuable information so everyone difficult or not can receive the best medical care we as professionals have to offer which is pride and excellent service of care; keeping in mind that there are many difficult types of patients. The five emotions listed below can help you to provide your patients with the best possible medical treatment there is by building rapport and leading to a higher patient satisfaction as well as physician satisfaction.
