DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

That I, SUSAN EREDIANO, widow, legal age, Filipino and resident of ward IV, Minglanilla Cebu for an in consideration of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P30,000), Philippine currency, receipt of which amount is hereby SELL, CEDE, CONVEY, and TRANSFER unto the said Spouses DIOSDADO GEONZON and ESTELITA GEONZON, their heirs and successors assign a parcel of land more particularly bounded as follows;

A part of a parcel land (LOT 6346) situated at Ward IV, Municipality of Minglanilla, Province of Cebu. Bounded on the South along lines 1-2 with Lot 6346- part; on the West along lines 2-3 old road; on the North along lines 3-4 with Lot 6346- part; and on the East along lines 4-1 with barangay road; containing an area of TWELVE (12) square maters covered by TAX DECLARATION NO.0053784, issued by assessor of Municipality of Minglanilla, Province of Cebu.

The above parcel of land is not tenanted nor work by an agriculture lessee and that the same is without any improvement.

That the provision of Article 1623, New Civil code of the Philippines has been complied with.
