In his book The Talent Code, Daniel Coyle argues that “deep practice” accelerates skill devel-opment. Coyle states that the quickest way Individuals can achieve talent is through deep prac-tice.
Coyle explains that Deep practice is a neurological mechanism in which certain patterns of target practice build skill. Deep practice has five steps. First, you must set a goal within reach, and see what the result will look like. It is crucial that you are motivated to achieve the goal. Next, you must operate at the edge of your ability in order to make mistakes. In addition, once you make a mistake, you must stop, notice your mistake, and slow down to correct the mistake. Finally, you must divide your objective into small goals to
