Firework by Katy Perry is a classic song for many people of this new generation. It’s played at parties as well as school dances because of the energy and hope that is reflected from the song. You can be in an unhappy mood and then become content with yourself just from listening to this song. Firework has a positive mood and gives off an invigorating message and that is entirely why there should be no assumption of not allowing this to be used for a music video. As Katy Perry sings the song you can instantly put yourself in her shoes and imagine the story that is being told. Everyone in life has been down at least once and that’s what Katy explains in the beginning. She then goes on to say that you should not give up on yourself and you should keep trying because you’re almost to your destination. You shouldn’t give up on yourself because there is a light shining bright inside you and all you have to do is find the light. It is then felt that we as human beings are unlimited and can achieve things to great lengths. Katy just explains it in a song, but we can get that jive and instantly be revitalized. You can understand that a song like this, with such a powerful message shouldn’t be kept from the masses and should be spread from all types of media. Firework is such a great song and should be used in a music video to inspire others to dream bigger and go for the gold.
