Defining Myself as a Leadership
Defining myself as a leadership
When we came to this world, everyone is unique. There is nobody who has the exactly same voice, appearance, tamper or habits with me. I am always so proud of myself that I was different from anybody in this world. I am just a girl who is crazy in love with singing and watching soap operas; I am a girl who will cherish every friend that I get along with. So, I believe that the world will have a little difference because of me.
In my life, no matter what problem I met, what things I went through; there is always a important role who believes me and supports me, that’s my family, they are the most important part in my life, without them, I can’t be who I am now.
In general, when we talk about our goals, lots of people will say they want to be famous, they want to be rich and so on; but for me, it’s very simple. Firstly, I want be confident and happy everyday; secondly, I must try to make a little progress every day; last but not least, try to learn self-control. These three goals sound like very easy to reach, but I believe that many a little makes a mickle.
Actually, I am not good at leading people at all. The only thing that I am proud of myself is I have a perfect friendship. For my leadership, everyone is equal; I would never lead them or force them, everyone has the right to say, I would like to talk to them and more importantly, I would listen to their opinions. If their ideas are better than mine, I will absolutely support them; but if I think mine is better, I will use my view to try to convince them to support me.
When I think about the leader who gave me the deep impression, the first person who came into my mind was Zhou Enlai. He is not only the person I am similar to, but also the person I admire so much. After the People Republic of China established, he had been the prime minister for 26 years, during these years, he devoted his entire life to serve people and develop our country. He never regarded himself as a

There are many definitions of leadership. The Collins English dictionary defines leadership as “the leader(s) of a party or group.” Yet true leadership is much more than that. A leader can be the chief executive officer of an organization, or a first year employee who leads his or her team to success behind the scenes. A leader might lead through official authority and power, yet just as often great leaders lead through inspiration, persuasion and personal connections. Teaching others to be a leader is a daunting task within itself (Pankaew, 2013).…

I am a leader. I have all the qualities that make a great leader, but I was not born this way.Experiences and how someone reacts to those experiences are what truly make a leader. One of the most influential experiences I have gone through is called the Lebanon High School Marching Band. I am certain that I wouldn’t be who I am today if it weren’t for marching band. Before coming to high school I already had leadership qualities, but band helped bring all those great qualities together and helped me get past my two major flaws: my lack of self-confidence and the fact that I was probably one of the shyest people you would EVER meet. When I joined marching band, I spent most of my waking hours sweating and suffering alongside wonderful people that I longed to…

To me, leadership is leading by example. My years in high school have shown me that the person who builds people up, and shows kindness is more of a leader than someone who commands and controls people. I strive to be this kind, caring person who others can look up to. As I grow older, I hope that by doing the right things, I can inspire others to do the same.…

Leadership is one of the qualities where i have the least experience of. I have had many opportunities with being a leader of a group or a work environment but only for a short period of time. My 22 of years as a Non-Commissioned Officer and 27 total years of service in the Army has shaped how I define leadership. Simply put, I believe leadership is the balancing of two competing priorities, the accomplishment of the mission and the welfare of the people that are in your charge. I see those two priorities being symbiotic because without the people I can’t accomplish the mission and if I do not have a mission then I don’t need the people. Others can probably think of a million other subcategories that help define leadership, but I believe those are the two overarching things leadership encompasses.…

Being a leader is an influential role to have. You will agitate many, but you will empower many more. You need to have focus, and stand your ground, while listening and comforting others. This archetype pulls every aspect of my life together, the good and the bad, and shows the true me. I am the…

My first reason why family is important to my life is because they have always been there for me. Many of my peers succeed at certain sports or even various classes like English or Calculus. Although, I did struggle with my other activities and curriculum classes, family has always been there. Throughout middle school and high school, I competed with my friend for captain of the soccer team. I didn’t beat him until eighth grade when my hard work finally paid off. Because of this, I now realize how dedication and persistence can help someone achieve one’s goals. If I never decided to join the soccer team and compete for first captain, I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to challenge myself and gain the skills and characteristics that would benefit me throughout the rest of my life, if it had not been for my family pushing me to excel.…
