What is integrity? Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. I can apply this virtue in my school life in many ways. I can be truthful to my teachers, friends, and to myself. I will not lie, cheat, or steal anything that comes my way. In high school, you are considered a young adult and cheating is in the past. Cheating is being lazy for not doing the work. Your work should be your own and you should take pride in your own work, not someone’s other work. Everyone has cheated. It is human being. Integrity can be found when you are taking a test, being truthful to your work and realizing that cheating is wrong. It can also be found when a person does something wrong and confesses to what he or she did. That is being truthful and having the confidence to say the truth. That is true integrity. I was being dishonest when I handed my paper in because it truthfully wasn’t all may work. I worked with another girl and even though we were helping each other we weren’t doing our own work.
