Dreams reveal our true selves in the deepest place of our mind. With the nightmares many would experience, they would have a meaning to it. Dreams are just restating the thoughts that we have created in our lives. In our life, loneliness can affect how many dreams you would usually have. In a study, researchers would conclude that people who are more lonely seems to report more dreams. This shows that people who feel lonely have room in their mind to make themselves think about their own feelings, which leads them to dream more.
