Definition Essay: What Success Means To Me
What does success mean to you? It may have many definitions depending on who you ask. For some, it’s wealth, or fame, or the accumulation of “stuff”. As of right now, success to me means being a good student, getting good grades and getting into the college I want. But, success in life for me means becoming a good doctor, a good wife, and a good mother. If I were to consider myself successful, I would have to do something meaningful with my life. Maybe I won't be able to help every man, woman, and child in this world and cure them of whatever disease, injury, or sickness they may have. But, as long as I can care for my family and the people in my community, I would consider myself successful. For me- fame, money, power, and stuff have no meaning.
