Motivation is the stimulus that encourages the reason for a person or persons change in their behavior and/or beliefs, or more incline to adopt someone's position or argument (McLean, 2010). There are three main types of motivation and they can range from both conscious and unconscious factors. The three factors is an intense need or desire, expectations of themselves and others, and incentives (Business dictionary).
Persuasion
Persuasion is the process or act of moving, motivating, or changing a person or persons to believe your presented arguments (McLean, 2010).
