Since 1954 Delta Zeta named Speech and Hearing as its philanthropy focus partnering with the Starkey Hearing Foundation as a National Philanthropy Partner in 2006. Cayley actively helps her Chapter in all aspects of Philanthropy by helping plan their Hike for Hearing, Learn to Listen Week, and other community service projects. She helps fundraise on her Heart for Hearing page and giving to the 1902 foundation. All these things and move help promote self-improvement, which is the highest value of the Delta Zeta Sorority. In everything that the Chapter does it is always away to develop and progress the necessary skills a women will need to further her in life. Cayley practices this by getting involved with new opportunities by going to events like Girl Raising and Badge Day. She has been on their Chapter executive board for two consecutive years encouraging problem solving, leadership, public speaking, teambuilding and organization communication.
