I’m going relate about democracy regime of operation. Actually I’ll do accent on disadvantage of democracy. Because majority of the country is developing in democracy way, but not every country achieves perfection in spite of that democracy is the best and more acceptable way of operation.
Disadvantages of democracy.
I think who represent the democracy system is the ideal political regime they aren't right. In practice, democracy is not the power of the people. Even in a democracy there is a real inequality of men and their abilities. The people don’t govern. The main rulers in government are government, bureaucrats and officials. In general, democratic form of government is characterized by many of elites which competing each other for votes in different ways. In USA the market theory of democracy exists. The main concepts of these theory founded Joseph Schumpeter. He used market terminology for the analysis and interpretation of democracy and the democratic process. American people distrust to state, but they use their own rights completely. I give one example. I read in magazine, that overweight lady sued the company that produces the fast foods, and won the trial. The claim was satisfied in full, the amount exceeding 100 million dollars. I think that the particular such a process could not even take place in CIS and in Kazakhstan. So I think that the level of democracy in USA is higher than in Eastern Europe and in CIS.
I want to compare the democracy regime with another ways of operation. The whole Western culture has developed by democratization. In the countries of East is developed by authoritarian regimes and they have their own features of development like established traditions, their religions and so forth. In spite of disadvantages of an authoritarian regime, the Eastern countries surpass Western democracies in many respects including the temp of economical growth. I give
