Demographic is to use the information like customers’ age, gender, race, occupation which can use to analyze weather the hotel’s facilities satisfying the customers’ need.

The information from ‘Partnernet’ shows the major type of customer is corporate customer. It means the main occupation of the customers is businessman. To fulfill the needs of the corporate customers, Langham Place Hotel has some special service commitments like the hotel will offer a complimentary mobile phone with free local airtime to help the planner contact with others more convenient. If the customers are planning to have event in Langham Place Hotel, there will be some professional event specialist to help coordinating and also ensure that all the events’ detail will be arranged under professional planning. Also to convenience different needs of events, the hotel has different ballrooms to satisfy number of types’ customers like the Langham Place Ballroom is the largest ballroom and the most luxury ballroom to hold big events and the Ming Court is a small ballroom to fit holding little events.
