Every Sunday, we go door-to-door to inform people (about the disease) and to caution them against the dangers of stagnant water in coolers, flowerpots and AC trays. We emphasise on fumigation drives by the municipal corporation," north Delhi welfare association president Ashok Bhasin said. The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) is also working hand in hand with the resident welfare associations to fight the disease, which has struck more than 650 people in Delhi so far.
