The amount made after will be split up between all employees within the dental offices. This amount will be given on a separate check.
Person-focused pay: Those who receive certificates such as dental assistants becoming registered will receive a 5% raise for certificates completed during employment.
Legally Required Employee Benefits
Social Security Act of 1935: Amount withheld to accumulate for those who reach the age 65.
Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993: An employee can ask for unpaid leave for a total of 12 days during the duration of 12 month period for a death of family illness.

Discretionary Employee Benefits
Income Protection plan: Applies to those who have worked 2 years in the company and the injury is considered temporary. Employee must have a written document from a licensed Doctor stating that the employee will be able to work normally after injury has recovered. Time will be decided upon each injury.
