Self is a person's identity, the essence of an individual that differentiates them from the next person. Evaluation is assessing a situation and coming up with a position according to dictionary. Self evaluation therefore is one’s own assessment of their current situation, comparing with the past and seeing what progress if any has been made. This assignment seeks to explore how self evaluation affects one’s behaviour, behaviour which is the way an individual conducts themselves. A detailed look into the following self concepts will help us achieve this task: self esteem, self efficacy and self presentation as well as Carl Rogers (1959)’s Self image&Ideal self
