Assigment 1 : using the concepts that you have read in the book, describe what would be according to your personality the ideal job for you ?

Today, it appears that our personality is the thing which characterizes each human being and which is very important in the business world. Indeed, the personality is the sum total of ways in an individual reacts and interacts with others, measurable traits a person exhibits. With many new jobs which are created along the year, people want to get the perfect job according to their own personality. It’s in kind of the same thing for a manager or an employer who want to hire a person who has the best personality related to the company image or to a specific job. During this assignment I will firstly talk about what is the personality in general, how to determinate it and why it is so important in the business world; then I will talk about the perfect job for me according to my results in many personality tests.

The personality is individual, different for every person. The personality of a person can be identified by many concepts such as the environment or heredity. The environment and the heredity are the basis of the personality; the heredity is the genes you get from your parents, it’s in your DNA. The environment is where you grew up, where you live and also your social groups, such as your friends, school, and many others. In addition, it appears that the experience and some kind of situations can also determinate your personality, some tragic events can change your personality in different ways. However it’s not the only way to determinate the personality. Several measuring personality tests have been created, these tests are more and more used in the business sector and it appears that they are efficient and useful for the employers and/or for employees to determine the personality of a person or their own one.
