Describe Yourself As A Writer

When one is asked to describe himself or herself as a writer, they frequently use adjectives such as “good” or “bad” to classify their writing skill; when asked if they find pleasure in writing, again bland phrases such as “not really” or “I do not mind it” leak from their mouth. The gray areas are often disregarded; I state this because personally, I fall into that hardly spoken of “gray area”. My past with writing has left me in a state in which I have the skill, vocabulary, and background to be an excellent writer, but writing is not necessarily what I would classify as a good time. Ensuing my transition into high school, I was given a plethora papers to write, all with different subject matter and all different forms of essays. From
