Ms. Lee, who was my middle school class teacher and geography teacher, had a kind heart but serious appearance. I have never thought that her behavior and educational teaching will implant in my heart so deeply. First time I saw her, I believe she was a cold but beautiful angle, however, it turned out she was not so lovely as I remembered. Ms. Lee was like a magician. By using the colorful maps, talking jokes, giving interesting assignments and treat students if they did a good job. She knew how to change the dead geography class to the vibrant, interesting and attractive class. Furthermore, she taught me not only the knowledge of geography, but also learning skills such as take notes and preview the text.
Reward and punishment system was a common thing in our generation. Especially in school, our lovely teacher, Ms Lee developed her own special punished system. It depended on your grades and your participation in the classes. If your grades was below to the target, which was your goal, or misbehaved on the class, she would invite you to her office. When I was asked to go to her office, I knew something bad happened. As a kid wondering his Christmas gift, carrying a trembling heart ran to the office. Every time there were different and challenging activities waiting for me such as push up, crunches, singing or battered by a stick melt adhesive. However, she had expended much care and thought on out grades. The only purpose of what she had done was her boyish, kind-heart, affectionate and positive heart under her distant face.
On the other hand, Ms. Lee was also a torchbearer to me. I had been a class leader for three years, which was a whole period of middle school. At the same time, I had been a geography teaching assistant for two semesters even though I had a terrible score on this class. She always told me that I should be a model for other students since I was a class leader. She taught me how to be a leader and how to establish trust relationships. Finally I became more confident and outstanding by her companion. At that time, I believe that she was the one of the greatest leaders in the world.
Now, as a successful businessman who will become a great leader, I have no words can fully express my gratitude to Ms. Lee not only because of her teaching style and her creative punishment system, but also because of her advice and encouragement. If she hadn't given me a chance, I wouldn't own a great leadership today. I want to say it is my honor to be your student.

My Jr High choir teacher, Mrs. Bradbury, was the most challenging teacher I have ever had. She would never cut the choir a break, and never stopped pushing us to be our best; “I can’t” was not acceptable to her. I hated her with every fiber of my being, and every time she spoke all I wanted to do was sew her lips together. It wasn’t until the beginning of ninth grade when I realized she was amazing. Once I let my guard down, we instantly connected. Recognizing how much I loved to sing and becoming one of the top singers in my choir was thanks to her. I started working for hours every day on my songs, staying late after class for help, and going to voice lessons. I excelled exponentially and Mrs. Bradbury noticed it.…
