Design Thinking and Innovation at Apple
Design thinking and innovation at Apple
“Think Different”, the Apple advertising slogan, has been their main vision in every step they take towards any product design and development. Apple, under the belt of Steve Jobs, has always shown its deep commitment to understand how people used computing devices and a desire to develop “insanely great products”. Apple, under the leadership of Steve Jobs, has been successful in building a thriving work environment that drives innovation across the organization. The real secret of success in Apple is not only to get top notch talents but also to keep them motivated and empowered to do their best work. By doing this each employee thinks he is contributing something very important and works with his/her full focus.

This leads to extreme customer satisfaction.
Vision, Focus, courage and passion are the main qualities Steve jobs brought into Apple. These characteristics define leadership and make Apple a leader among product companies. The degree to which they excel in each of this quality is incomparable.
One more thing that amazed me about Apple is their platform strategy. This leads to more stable and
