Detective Travis Field Observation Report
On 12/02/2015 I, Detective Travis Fields made contact with Brandon Shoemaker at 316 W 17th ST, Galena, KS in reference to an incident that occurred the previous night. I asked Brandon to explain what all had taken place. Brandon stated he went to some property he owns, on Harrison LN, in Cherokee County with K.T Ashburn to burn some trash. While burning the trash, Brandon stated another vehicle pulled into the property. At this time Brandon took off into the woods to avoid an altercation.
Brandon told me he could her people accusing K.T of stealing some property. Brandon then saw several people fighting but could not identify any of them. Brandon did state there were two males and one female. A short time after the fight started Brandon heard
