DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT is made on this the ………. day of …………………. 2011 (Two thousand eleven) in BETWEEN SMT. MINATI GUPTA, wife of late Amiya Shankara Gupta, previously resident of 63/2A, Suren Sarkar Road, Kolkata-700010, presently residing at 63/1A, Suren Sarkar Road, Kolkata-700010, P.S- Beliaghata, hereinafter called and referred to as the OWNER (which term or expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context be deemed to mean and include her respective heirs, executors, legal representatives, administrators and assigns) of the ONE PART.

SRI AMIT BANERJEE, Son of Late Sitanath Banerjee, sole proprietor of M/s. A.B. Construction & Consultant, having its registered office at 61/B, Suren Sarkar Road, P.S. Beliaghata, Kolkata - 700010, Dist. 24-Parganas (South), hereinafter called and referred to as the DEVELOPER (which terms or expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context be deemed to mean and include his heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns) of the OTHER PART.
WHEREAS one Sourindra Nath Basu was the original owner of the land measuring 1 cottah 15 Chittaks 21 sft. together with old dilapidated structure standing thereon at municipal premises No. 63/1A, Suren Sarkar Road, Kolkata-700010, P.S- Beliaghata, K.M.C. Ward No. 33, District :24-Parganas (South);
AND WHEREAS the said Sourindra Nath Basu while in peaceful possession over the said land and structure being premises No. 63/1A, Suren Sarkar Road, Kolkata-700010, P.S-Beliaghata, sold and transferred the said property to one Smt. Minati Gupta i.e. the owner herein by executing and registering a Deed of Sale on 21.3.68 and the said deed was registered in the office at A.D.S.R Sealdah.
AND WHEREAS one Amal Kr. Chakrabarty was the original owner of the land measuring 7 cottahs at the said municipal premises No. 63/1A, Suren Sarkar Road, Kolkata-700010, P.S- Beliaghata, K.M.C. Ward No.33, District : 24-Parganas
