Dialogue About Health Carnival
DD goes for window shopping at a shopping complex. She sees the health carnival at the ground floor. She goes around the carnival site and suddenly she being approach by one of the health care personnel (HCP).
HCP : Hello madam. Hi.
DD : Hi.
HCP : are you interested to join our health carnival? We have many simple medical checkup here for free.
DD : ohh its ok. Im rushing for other matters.
HCP : ohh I see. How about if you try the body fat monitoring? Its only take a little time besides there is only one person in the middle of checkup.
DD : ohh ok. I will try. I also not check my body fat quite a long time.
HCP : ok good. This is the flyer about body fat monitoring. Let me guide you into the checking room.

P : Are you a working mother?
DD : Yes, I’m an accountant. I have been working for about 10 years already.
P : Oh I see. How many children do you have?
DD : 4. Boys all of them.
P : hmm..seem quite busy then. Do you face any difficulties and stress may be?
DD : Yup. My workload as a working woman and housewife sometimes do affect me emotionally. This stressed me out. Eating sweet foods help me a lot.
P : Perhaps you can tell me more about your daily routine and lifestyles.
DD : To be honest, I’m not very particular in my lifestyles. Everything must be fast and easy as long as my daily chores can be settled on time. I have many things to be handled at one time, as you know right? Fast food and eating outside is my best option whenever I do not have time to cook, mostly I think (haha). There is no ‘on-diet’ term for me.
P : Do you smoke? Any exercise routine?
DD : No, no. I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke. I do not have time to exercise.
P : Hmm..ok. Do you have any medical problem or disease? If you don’t mind to share.
DD : No, not any serious problems. But I do have hypertension. Well, I guess it might be inherited because almost all of my family members do have

    I found my caloric intake to be lower than the recommended 2,200 calories per day. For D1, I had 1720 total calories and for D2 I had 1825 total calories. I found my fat percentage to be a little high at 44% on D1, but it was only 28% on D2. The norm is 25-30%. My protein intake should be 10-15%, and on D1 was 14%, but on D2 was 23%.
