Iron deficiency anaemia is a deficiency in the number or quality of red blood cells. The red blood cells carry oxygen around the body, using a particular protein called haemoglobin. Iron is important because it help you to make haemoglobin. Iron deficiency anaemia means that either the level of red blood cells or the level of haemoglobin is lower than normal. When the level of haemoglobin is lower than normal, you will feel unwell.

Moreover, she need help when she feel unwell, hence, this disease not only affecting her. This disease will also slow down the productivity of others that are surrounding her. This disease will lead to a country’s GDP lower than other country. Also, when Pregnancy, a growing baby needs iron and will take it from the mother. So Anaemia is common in pregnant women. It is more likely to develop during pregnancy if you eat a diet that has little iron. You will need to stay in hospital and check the level of red blood cells. You may need to get blood transfusions and supplemental oxygen if needed. If you need to get blood transfusions and supplemental oxygen in hospital for a long period, you will need to pay expensive hospital charges. In technological aspects, if you are bleeding, you will need technology to stable your level of red blood cells and make sure you won’t be dead by losing too much blood. You may in danger if you live in a place where the people are lack of technology.
