To begin with, one major difference between college and high school is homework policies. In high school, when students are assigned a homework assignment it is to help encourage students to study and get familiar with the material. Also in high school, since student know that they have to turn in assignments in their math, English, literature, and excetra motivates students to make sure that they keep up with all of their assignments for their individual subjects. In high school, the teachers will constantly remind a student if he or she is missing an assignment or assignments. Also, in high school you can ask your teacher what you missed in class and they will tell you.

In college, there is a major twist when it comes to their homework polocies. If you are absent from a class on day and you just so happen to miss a test oir quiz your teacher will let you make it up. In college, homework mostly consists of studying, studying, studying, and even more studying. In college there is extremely small or not any at all of your work that is written and turned in. When college students do and turn in their homework, it is to their advantage. If students decide not to do their work the teacher is not going to force the student to do their work. The teacher is not going to call home to mom or dad either. It’s the college student’s responsibility to do and to turn in their homework. By not doing and turning in their homework, college student are only wasting their own money. If a student in college misses a class the professor is not going to go hunt thewm down or even worry about why they missed class. The professor is not going to email the

Usually in high school the facility is usually much smaller than the facility at a college. In high schools the students are always around on another. In fact, the students are well acquainted with each other. There is also a lot of separation in high school. High school students have the same seven hours that they go through from Mondau through Friday. High school students start school at 7:40 am and end at 2:40 pm.
