The Constitutional of United Kingdom is a law and the principles that form the body of the political in the United Kingdom. The constitution of the United Kingdom (British Constitution) is unwritten constitution. Unwritten constitution is also part of the statutes, common law and practice. United Kingdom is unlike other countries in which the constitution does not contain a single document legitimate. Parliamentary may enact any law it likes, and no other body can set the law aside on the grounds that it is unconstitutional or undesirable (Magstadt, 2013). There are two fundamental of constitutional principles which are the Rule of Law and the Supremacy of Parliament. Albert Venn Dicey emphasizes that the Rule of Law is aspect the constitutional of the United Kingdom which is regarded as an important part of politics. Unwritten constitution of United Kingdom is derived from a variety of sources. It means unwritten constitution refers to scattered several of documents or found in usage, customs, traditions and conventions in their country. The three branches of government are very important components to determine comparison between the parliamentary system and the presidential system. The parliamentary system and presidential system of government has the same body but they differ in terms of the division of powers. In a parliamentary system, the executive body is divided into two sections "dignified" and "efficient". “Dignified” or ceremonial leadership centers upon the head of state, “efficient” leadership rests with a team of ministers, headed by Prime Minister and accountable to parliament (Abdul Rashid Moten & Syed Serajul Islam, 2011).
