Differences Of Christianity, Judaism, And Islam
Religion is believed to be the foundation of many human(s) doings. There are billions and billions of people all over the world who believe in many different religions. Three of the most common religions around the world are Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. These religions are referred to as Abrahamic religions because their history travels back to Abraham in the Hebrew Bible. Christianity, Judaism, and Islam have many differences but yet are so similar in ways. We are going to venture on our journey to explore more about these three cultures.
People often ask what is Judaism, Islam, and Or Christianity. To begin Judaism is the ancient tradition of a relatively small community of people who were originally known as Hebrews or Israelites. This was the first religion to hold as its central dogma of monotheism which means there is only one God, an infinite, an all power of Holy and Righteousness. Lets start of with Islamic and Christianity. The first similarity is that there is only one God and he is the creator and sustainer of the universe. Also, people should follow the Ten Commandments and the moral teaching of the prophets. The old Testement which is known as the Torah and the New Testement which is known as the gospel are both holy scriptures. Furthermore there is only two places to go in the afterlife which is either hell or paradise which is known also as heaven. To continue lets compare the similarities between Judaism and Islam. According in history Judaism has some of the same prophets as Islam although does not recognize a few. In both these religions Adam was the first prophet and he followed a religion that Muslims called Islam. To continue, Allah chose the Quran and the Torah in both religions.
