Introduction
1.1 Background
The development of technology in all fields in General and also in the field of education in particular also gave the impact of innovation began to be developed and applied to E-learning system in high school. Diffusion innovations of these are expected can help students in high school who previously had difficulty in understanding a topic in school learning to understand quicker and also more creative when teaching and learning activities in the class. Other than that, it is also the development of technology today is a phenomenon which is very interesting to study, which at this time we have encountered a lot of support tools that are IT-based education. Surely this is good news for the actors of education in Jakarta, especially for high school.
Surely not all the students, teachers, and all related in the field of education can easily accept this innovation. All parties concerned must respond correctly and reviewing the best possible. On the other side so that the development of education in high school in Jakarta in particular which is also the capital of the Republic of Indonesia does not compete with neighboring countries in Asean such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, etc., which we all know Neighboring countries have started to develop E-learning in some schools. The government and the principal actors of education should be able to align education in Jakarta, as one of the big city in the world that should not be lead down with the cities in neighboring countries.
The application of technology-based education IT or E-Learning may cause other problems, if we do not observe it first. Should be held thorough review and assessment in order to obtain maximum results for students in high school in Jakarta. Of
