Data Digitization or document digitizing is the process by which physical or manual records such as text, images, video, and audio are converted into digital formats. This is of vital significance when projects need directions based on already established facilities and the implementing agency needs to find the scope for expansion. Data Digitization is essential, but it is definitely not the core activity of most organizations that require it. The company saves time, effort and money on a process that would otherwise be too tedious if performed in house.
