The present website page of flo.gg has positive points – - The response rate is good - Straight away tells about the website agenda - User friendly However, there are certain elements identified which could further enhance the overall packaging of website – - The Logo re-design is requirement for Flo.gg – Logo represents the identity of company and acts as one of major source of creating connect with the customer. Present logo is too simple and outdated; require some flashy logo in relevance with the company profile and work. - Company profile page and Founder info page are missing – these pages can create an emotional connect with users, The page should include the following information: o Company profile – which company owns this website, what is there agenda i.e. social, business message and what they want to achieve out of this website o Founder page – who is the founder of this website. What was his thought behind creating this website? - Detailing around URL shorting benefits – complete set of detailing are required around the URL short benefits and where it could help the potential customers.
