In response to Disciplinary Action Form:
I Tiburcio Romero acknoledge, but disagree with the content of this written warning letter given to me. The reason why I disagree is the one that follows:
I did not intended to avoid payroll wages for my rent control. My former manager Brad Drukenbroad and I agreed upon having me not clock in and out for a period of time with the goal of fixing my social security paperwork, and obtaining my raise. During this agreement, my current manager Doumar Zambrano was the individual assigned to keep record of the hours I worked that were not recorded in our punch clock machine.
