Discuss The Role Of Diversity And Diversity In Education
Educators need to examine their own values, beliefs and attitudes related to difference and diversity so that they can deliver a good and positive outcome in caring and teaching children. Educators play an important role in children’s day to day lives and helping children become active citizens, in order to do all these responsibilities Educators must explore and examine their own attitude in order for them to impart the right attitudinal information and can help children understand diversity and equality, ensuring all children and their families are protected form discrimination and encouraged them to express their diversity.

If Educator know themselves they can easily relate, can help and contribute to the children’s natural development
