References: 90 MINUTES OF MEETING 91 TOPIC Topic of this project is DISPATCH MONITORING SYSTEM which has involved in the concept of change management system. This system performs the function of monitoring the orders made by the customers and manages and provides solution to the problem requested by the different users. SCOPE The scope of this project has a widespread range as it can be brought under utilization by many organization to handle their online services as well as managing the problem request This system can be used by different level of hierarchy as by high level management, low level management as well as by the customers. So this system offers a wide range of utility and acquires the good domain of users and specifies them successfully in their performance. OBJECTIVES The objective of this system is to provide a full functional system for managing the organization’s different tasks and conclude easily with the constructive and beneficial decisions to increase the efficiency. This system provides a flexible and easy approach to conduct various tasks done by different level personnel’s. This change management is the main idea being implemented to satisfy the requirements of proper management and distribution of request and other workload as well as the open approach for the customers to interact with the organization.
