Disturbing Behavior Paper

My Disturbing Behavior Paper is on the issue of, “Teens and Bestiality.” According to The Humane Society of Southern Arizona, “bestiality” is defined as, “The sexual molestation of an animal by a human. This can include a variety of behaviors, including vaginal, anal, or oral penetration; fondling; oral-genital contact; penetration using an object; and killing or injuring an animal for sexual gratification. Animal sexual abuse, like rape, is the eroticization of violence, control and exploitation.”[1] There are a few articles that I will use to assist my paper. The first article is from the Miami New Times. According to the news article, during his sophomore year,

You feel like you have to hide, that if you say it out loud, people will look at you like a freak.” Beck believes that he and the small sexual orientation; that by the way refer to themselves as “zoos,” can follow the same route as the Gay Rights Movement.

Another article in regards to the disturbing behavior of bestiality is from the Metro West Daily News. It is the case of an 18 year old Sherborn teen that was caught on camera having sex with a sheep. According to police, Roger Henderson II, 18, was arraigned yesterday in Natick District Court on charges of bestiality, cruelty to animals and breaking and entering in connection with an incident police say took place at Boggastow Farm on June 27, 2009.

In regards to another article, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, a teen is accused of raping a neighbor's dog and another neighbor's two little girls. Now the dog has died due to the rape and charges against the teen have been upgraded. According to the Solicitor’s Office, the charges were upgraded to the "most serious animal cruelty charges they have on the

Bestiality is a spiritual disease which manifests in the physical. Only a person who is NOT connected spiritually with The Father would consider doing this, and even does it. This type of sex “sin” is purely demonic plain and simple. The ones that have this problem should immediately seek spiritual help! Speaking to a youth minister, pastor, praying & fasting would help bring about a righteous solution. All of the ancient sins have come upon us today for the same reason they came upon those in ancient times…because we turned away from The Most High and in order to remove these sicknesses be it mental, physical or spiritual, we MUST return unto Him once again and this time remain

The old ladies would claim that Boyd was a trainer for Pitbull’s who were aggressive and/or out of control and get the families to transfer ownership (Raeke, 2009). Once Boyd obtained the dogs he would train them and fight the dogs against each other (Raeke, 2009). On July 16, 2014 in Syracuse, New York a child and an older man were attacked by a Pit Bull and taken to the hospital. Elizabeth Whitehead, mother of the dog’s owner, was taking care of Chaos, the Pit Bull, while her son was in jail. Elizabeth had told Larry, her ex-husband, to take Chaos outside when two boys walked by and started screaming and kicking at the dog. Then Chaos began to get aggressive and bit Larry in the arm knocking him into a nearby car. Chaos did not let go of Larry’s arm until Elizabeth threw water at Chaos and jumped on top of him to get him to let go of Larry’s arm. Elizabeth told the two kids to hide behind a car. At some point, one of the boys was bitten. Throughout the whole incident, Chaos was on a leash and remained on the leash when animal control removed him. Chaos was never taken off the leash. Neighbors reported that the dog was not on a leash and ran down the street and chased one of them. Elizabeth reported that whatever the neighbors reported wasn’t true because she did put Chaos on a leash. The two who were wounded were transferred to a nearby hospital by ambulance (Pucci, 2014). This little boy and older man were attacked because of the fact that the little boys provoked the dog, screaming at Chaos as well as kicking him. This Pit Bull was only trying to defend itself and does not deserve to be punished.…

I really enjoyed reading your discussion post. I always find it interesting when reading another's classmates discussion post. When it comes to interacting with you customer and keeping them happy, you nailed it. You said, "we are constantly being rewarded for providing excellent service, in the end what is more important than job security." Without job security, you and your family could be jobless. One of my biggest pet peeves, is going into some department store or restaurant and encountering a employee who is has a additude and is borderline disrespectful. Why should I spend my hard earn money at said place of business, when, me the customer who basically pays you bills, is feeling somewhat slighted?…

    Aspca Mission Statement

The ASPCA believes that the successful prosecution of animal cruelty offenders should include fines, jail sentences, and counseling to prevent additional acts of cruelty ( Guiding Principles, 2016). They believe that the people who commit criminal acts toward animals should get a punishment that will match the offense. The assumption that they are making is that there is a correlation between animals and human violence. The are also assuming that if someone is abusive to animals, then they are abusive to humans as well. This is not a fair assumption. There are certain people who have criminal pasts and they find a new start in life by taking care of pit bulls or horses. Animals can help them become better humans. As well as helping them learn love and…

It really doesn’t matter what type of animal it may be it can be a farm animal, a pet, or even a wildlife animal. Any of these victims can suffer terribly. Many people may not know that animal cruelty has been around for hundreds of years. . In the article "Animal Cruelty Prosecution" published by American Prosecution Research Institute found that, The Puritans of the Massachusetts Bay Colony established “The Body of Liberties” found by the Animal Cruelty Prosecution, in 1641. The Body of Liberties was a document written for the protection of animals from unnecessary pain and suffering. Animal cruelty happens every day whether it is from starving, beating, lack of medical care or proper housing for animals. We are in need of stricter laws to help fight the rights of animals. Animal laws should be more strict on people because people are getting away with harming these beautiful animals.…

    Section 69 Essay

    • 940 Words
    • 4 Pages

The majority of people would consider sex offenders as people who rape, sexually assault or even exploit children. However, sexual offenders are also people who commit sexual acts on animals. Section 69 makes it an offence for a man to intentionally penetrate the vagina or anus of a living animal with his penis where he knows or is reckless as to whether that is what he is penetrating. Subsection (2) of section 69 makes it an offence for a person intentionally to cause or allow her vagina or his or her anus to be penetrated by the penis of a living animal where he or she knows or is reckless as to whether that is what is doing the penetrating.( s.69) The offence covers both aspects, it protects the animal from being penetrated and it protects the animal from penetrating. However, there are criticisms within the offence. S. 69 is an exceptional example of a criminal offence which cannot be justified as a logic and consistent piece of legislation.…

Coercive sexuality is an important factor in American Pie movie. In this movie, audiences can see different pictures of teenagers trying to experiences sexual intercourse for the first time in their lives (Zide, Perry, and Weitz, 1999). And the more aggressive they are, people can see coercive sexuality involved in different scenes. Coercive sexual behavior among students has been an area of concern to society. At the time when human sexuality topic becomes so popular in teenagers’ world, those students in the movies let people understand more about their points of views about sexuality. The question that I want to address in this paper is: Do we as a society treat some coercive sexuality as acceptable, or even desirable? In what way do the attitudes towards these mirrors the attitudes of our society in general? It would shocked some people how teens think about sex so openly and wrongfully, which against many basic human morality.…

I am so sick of hearing cases on the news, like "Man from Atlanta is facing penalties in Georgia in which a puppy was cooked in an oven" or "Brothers in Atlanta are being charged for putting a puppy in a gas range and turning the gas on." Animal cruelty is one of the most common types of violence in the United States. It is not as accustomed to hear such heartbreaking cases as these. Some of the most common forms of animal cruelty are: Animal testing and experimentation in laboratories, lack of owners care and attention, and using animals as a way of entertainment. Now, lets take a closer look at these three forms of animal cruelty.…

Robert Gonzales is only one of many people to commit animal cruelty. Kevin Brunson was also accused of harming an animal. He starved his dog, Rambo, until he weighed only fifty-one pounds. A normal dog his size would weigh around one hundred and twenty-five pounds. Rambo was seventy-four pounds underweight. A dog named, Lacey had scabbing around the eyes and other injuries from being abused. “Lashawn Whitehead of Greensboro, admitted to police that she beat her dog for fifteen minutes, then set it on fire. The dog ran away, and she was found. Her injuries were burned ears, a broken jaw, and teeth. She was adopted into a new loving family.” (Cawthon 2) All animals are affected when it comes to animal abuse. Horses have been reported to be starved and in very poor living conditions. Owners don’t clean stalls, feed the animals, or take care of the horses grooming needs. The horses become depressed to due to the lack of care they receive. Sixteen horses were found at Gina Rapuano’s Farm, Apache, Willy, and Destiny are merely three of the horses greatly in need of care. Apache was starved so much you could see his ribs; he was infested with worms, and needed hoof and dental care. Willy had trouble walking, and horrible eye infections. Destiny had such bad dental care that he could not eat properly, and was starving. “The horses eyes were dull; they were not alert. They tried to ignore their surroundings.” (Beach 2) All horses were taken to immediate care and are being nursed back to health. A tearful apology was given by Rapuano. The judge’s decision was that Rapuano didn’t purposefully harm the animal.…

Many states have adopted sexual predator statutes which provide for incarceration, institutionalization, treatment, and registration for individuals convicted of specific sex crimes (Roberson and Wallace, 2008). The need for convicting sexual predators has become a top priority for lawmakers across the nation as society has determined that sexually related offenses are deviant behavior and simply will not be tolerated. Sexually related offenses such as rape, child molestation, and pedophilia are considered to be especially heinous offenses and tend to bring about disgust and rage from within our society. In response to such offenses, lawmakers across the nation, along with the assistance of law enforcement and its citizens, have made life very uncomfortable for sexual predators. Specifically, lawmakers have created new laws which restrict the freedoms of sexual predators and that inflict harsher punishments for those convicted of sex crimes.…
