It is a common thing that conflicts in healthcare. Health care providers like nurses, doctors, and patients are involved in this matter. Nurses and doctors with their faith they have a responsibility to respect the religious diversity of their patients. The religious beliefs of a caregiver are not as important as whether the person is caring. When I worked in Saudi Arabia all my patients were Muslims. It was important for me to study about their faith and at the same time, I need to respect their beliefs as well.

I believe God is eternally the same but humans are different from one another and we see God in our way. Everyone has their own different worldview in life. It is common for people that their religion is a right one. Being a Christian

    Health care providers encounter and care for a diverse population of patients. When caring for these patients, providers must be properly prepared to care for not only for their cultural needs but also for their spiritual/faith needs. As the primary care giver to patients, nurses are in a unique position to provide care that incorporates the spiritual or religious beliefs of each individual.
